Custom Calling cards and Text Message Advertising

If you got a real value delivered via a text message would that be acceptable?  This is the way it would work using a restuarant as an example… The restuarant gives you a $5 customized calling card where you can call anyone in the world for free as a goodwill gesture.  The custom part would be the card has the company name, website, email address and phone number /contact details. Now after the consumer makes their free calls they get a text message with rotating special offers or coupons from you.

This works for the consumer as they will get a savings at an establisment that they already frequent plus Free Calls from their cell phone to any country in the world.

Works for the restaurant as they get their customer coming back over and over again! Maybe the consumer even tells their friends who gave them free worldwide calling or forwards the special offer.
The business owner also gets an instant sending text message sending system. A way for them to stay in touch with their customers or clients.

It seems to us a real win win for everyone involved and could be used for just about any type of business. What do you think?
